Merry Christmas everyone!
Since life will get back to normal here shortly, I thought I'd show you some fun things I did to decorate my cubicle at work this month for Operation Santa.....(which was a HUGE success)
Close up of the Santa pennant. I used the new Petite Pennant die and curly label punch.
I also squeezed in a Sunday gift class.
This is the backside of my cubicle. No one could find me last year so I made sure everyone knew where Operation Santa was this year!
Each person who adopted a family or helped write letters back to kids received a Santa thank you card. The beard is a flap to write a little note.
I'm exhausted and glad the holiday season is at the end. Now on to spring and
SALE-A-BRATION soon!!!!!
I hope everyone has a fun and safe Christmas 'cause I know I will =)

Operation Santa Thank Yous
This is the beginning of craziness around here. For the next 6 weeks or so I will be heading the Postal Service's Operation Santa program for the Sierra Coastal District. This includes opening thousands of letters, weeding out the needy from "I wants" and coaxing willing coworkers to help write back to kids. This is on top of my already busy work day....so by the time I get home I am utterly exhausted so my posting will most likely be very erratic.
Last year I co-headed Operation Santa and wanted to give a "thank you" to helpful Postal employees and wonderful people who helped needy families. I never got around to making them and promised I would this year. I needed something easy, not too difficult to mass produce and most important, cute!
I used my Scallop Santa from last year HERE and made 30 so far. I've been lucky and have received great response from employees willing to lend their time to keep the magic alive for children writing to Santa.
Ingredients: All SU!
{Paper} Whisper White, Real Red, Basic Black, Blushing Bride, (DCWV peach color)
{Extras} 3/4" circle punch-hat, mustache; 1/4" circle punch-eyes, mouth; 1/2" circle-nose; Flower punch from itty bitty punch pack; Scallop circle die
