Sweet Sunday Flowers

I've wanted to be the sketch artist for so long on Tracy's blog, like years long. So needless to say last Thursday I was nearly doing cartwheels when I saw her blog!

Next, onto today's card in which I used the new Summer Smooches paper and stamp and Karen Giron's sketch HERE.







I love the brightness of this designer paper, its so fun to work with. I would have never thought to add Island Indigo to Real Red and Daffodil Delight. I'm not a summer lovin' gal but this paper makes me want summer to get here already!


I'm off to another fun filled adventure on my vacation......relaxing! It's rainy today so the kids can't go outside. But that leaves plenty of time for stampy fun.

Easter Goodies

Just a quick post today. Wanted to show you the goodies I made for the gals at work. I made a two pocket treat holder and punched a blossom as a card. Candy on one side and card on the other =) It was all free too. The paper was free from Sale-a-bration and the candy was free thanks to my awesome couponing!

Only 32 working hours and I am on Spring Break! YES! As long as I can get over this illness I've been battling for nearly a month I'll be a happy camper =/

I'm playing along with Tracy's sketch this week at ESS #166

I have an awesome friend at work who is an enabler of the worst kind. She is a craft enabler! Sidenote: Over the last few years I've kind of given up on clear stamps because I can't get them to work. The ink doesn't stick, its really "beady", just horrible. So, she shows me this mailbox stamp set because we're postal gals and I LOVED it. Problem was it was clear. Well the crazy gal bought it for me and I must say I really love the set. Its thicker than normal clear sets, and it stamps like a rubber stamp so it was very surprising to me.
