New Challenge

I stumbled across a new (to me) sketch challenge website Freshly Made Sketches! I like their cleanliness of the sketch and lots of room for layers. This weeks sketch challenge #19 can be found HERE and here's my take on it.....




I used some new (free) brads out of the Sale-A-Bration stuff. I also embossed the birdcage to make it stand out a little from the norm. Since I had some blank space I decided to add 3 of the other birds standing on each others heads =)

I've got to find a place for my 6 1/2 foot giraffe today...more on that later =) Happy Sunday everyone!

Little Piggy

My house has been silent for 24 minutes now.....eerie.....I'm going crazy it's so quiet! Isn't it weird, as moms you are constantly looking for quiet time and once you get it it's just too strange? So I thought I'd post since everyone is still asleep.....


This piggy comes from the new Button Buddies set. Very basic card today. I used the sketch from A La Card Monkey HERE and color combo from Color Throwdown HERE
