Challenges and More Challenges!

Didn't get much crafting done this weekend but I did get one card and two wreaths done. The wreaths I'll show you on Tuesday but here's the card I made.

 I fit this one in for the the Dynamic Duos color challenge of Basic Black and Daffodil Delight with a dessert of dry embossing. The Paper Players polka dot awesomeness and sketch from Mojo Monday.

Tiled Flowers

I've been going through my pile of cards on my desk and have realized that I have quite a few that I've made and just didn't get around to putting up on the blog. Here's one of 'em....


This one is for MOJO Monday #238. I used the Postage punch to make the tiles. In my OCD-ness it took FOREVER to align these tiles and they still aren't perfect =(

A box...A Box!

I'm back to crafting after a few weeks of emerging myself in The Hunger Games trilogy. Great books by the way, if you get the chance you should read them. Now I can't wait for the movies!

For today's card I used the Mojo Monday #224 sketch. But.....I made the box myself! Yes, I probably could have found a tutorial on it somewhere but I am so much prouder that I made it and figured out the dimensions myself =)



The box holds a candle from Bath & Body Works. I figure it is a cute teacher gift or birthday gift for someone.

A Big MOJO Thank You

My job is probably one of the most stressful jobs I've ever had. However, there are a few customers who are really amazing and I wouldn't trade for the world. During Christmas one of those wonderful customers sent a few of us a gift basket as a thank you. It had all all kinds of yummy goodies in it.

As a thank you, I used MOJO Monday sketch 222. I also used the new Sale-a-bration paper....I love the new paper, very light and airy!

Some MOJO to get going

Well, it is Sunday and the last day of my vacation. But I have had an awesome week and a half off. We went to the Hot Wheels convention in LA, and spent the majority of the time just hanging out playing. I did manage to get lots of crafting time in though =)

I caved in and ordered the new Spice Cake DSP. I. LOVE. IT......it's such an awesome array of colors that just look awesome together.

Back in the Swing of Things

As you can tell by the sound of crickets on this blog, school is back in full swing and we're back to a routine around here. So now I need to get back in my routine of craftiness.

I have wanted the Wicked Cool stamp set since it came out last year....I finally got it! It is very cool and I love the hat.

I'm off to Pinterest.....my new addiction. Have you visited pinterest.com???? Trust me, addicting but a very cool site!
