Circle Flowers

As if you couldn't tell, this Bright Blossoms set and Summer Smooches paper is really enjoyable to play with.

I used this weeks sketch at Eat, Sleep, Sketch #168 for my card today.






It was missing something and I didn't realize it until I uploaded the pics. I should have layered the horizontal strips with wither Real Red or Island Indigo to make them pop a little more. Eh, learn from my mistakes and do better next time.

I used crystal effects on the flowers to make them shine and I popped up the clear embossed vase to make it stick out from the stem.

Sketchy Flower

Another lazy Sunday here in SoCal. The Chief-Raider game isn't on here. I swear it's the only place in California where you can't see a Raider game unless they play the Chargers....no I am not a Raider fan....Chiefs all the way!

I've been getting some crafting in though, I've made some super cute Post-It holders I'll have to share later (they're drying now).

This card I made for the ESS #151 challenge. I love Tracy's sketches because, well, I just do....


Easy peasy and I even used the flower I made for another card last week but didn't end up using. Very cool =)

Lollypop, Lollipop

No, the sky isn't falling, I'm really posting twice in one day!

I wanted to get this challenge up so here it is........



Lollipops are from the new Sweets for the Sweet set in the new catty and of course I couldn't have the lollipops hanging out in mid air so I punched clouds from the Cupcake Builder punch and set them as little holders. I outlined the clouds with a Marina Mist marker to make them stand out more......
